The ADHD association is working for you
by increasing awareness of ADHD and of the problems that this invisible handicap causes individuals, their families, and society.
We are also creating awareness of its causes, its treatment, and its psychological and social consequences, with the goal of improving treatment options and general conditions for people with ADHD in society, in school, and in the workplace.

The ADHD association’s goals are:

  • to increase awareness of ADHD and the circumstances of those who have been diagnosed with it.
  • to represent people with ADHD in relation to parliament, government, local regions, city councils, and other decision-makers and public institutions.
  • to give people with ADHD and their relations the opportunity to network with their peers.
  • to offer advice and guidance to children and adults with ADHD and their relations.
  • to promote developmental initiatives and research into ADHD.
  • to cooperate with corresponding organisations in Denmark and abroad.
